Optical Palace is a fast growing chain and so we prefer dynamic and enthusiastic candidates, able enough to take charge and responsibilities.
We, at Optical Palace, have a very friendly and cosy atmosphere at work. Unlike the usual corporate chains, we don’t support to tie you down with work pressures and targets and hence our work environment is quite informal. We believe in giving you plenty of space to perform and ample play ground to prove your talents and your areas of expertise. Unlike the traditional approach, we do not judge your potential with your qualifications, past experience and/or achievements but rather your willingness to perform and degree of performance at Optical Palace during your temporary/training phase. This is why we do not set any age bar for anyone, who wishes to apply for a specific job role at Optical Palace, although we strongly recommend for that all applicants must qualify the minimum age bar set by the Government Of India to apply for a specific job. A fair amount of training is provided to all the trainees at all levels during the first phase of recruitment and your work is closely monitored and observed to ascertain whether you qualify for the specific job role. Depending upon a fair and detailed evaluation of your performance during the temporary/training phase, you may be made a formal offer to join the organisation.
